Shipping and Returns

At KosmossArt our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, everywhere. We deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

We Ship all Orders from EU (Europe, Latvia)

Please take a moment to read our shipping guides before placing your order.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1) PROCESSING TIME: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 1-3 working days after the order is placed and payment has been received. Orders are being processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Orders, that are placed during weekend will be processed within 1-3 working days starting on Monday.

During special offer or sales the order processing time can be a bit longer.

2) SHIPPING TIME: this refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our workshop to you after the order has been processed and packed with care and loving attention.

Baltics Shipping

Countries: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania
We offer FREE Shipping. If you would like to receive your order with Parcel Machine (Omniva or Dpd) please write your prefered Parcel Machine Address in the Notes when making a purchase. 

Delivery time : 1-5 days after dispach.

Europe Shipping
Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chezh Republic, Chroatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Price for Express shipping is 15 . Orders for €250 and up are qualified for FREE Express shipping. 

Delivery time: 3-7 days after dispach

Standard Shipping for €8, takes 4-15 days

Standard Shipping for €12, takes 5-18 days

Price for Express shipping is €30 . Orders for €350 and up are qualified for FREE Express shipping. 

Delivery time: 5- 13 days after dispach

Standard Shipping for €18, takes 6-20 days


Russia and Belarus 

Due to the situation in the world, the shipping rates have increased

Price for Express shipping is €55

Delivery time: 4- 30 days after dispach


At the moment the Express Shipping is available for all the mentioned countries to receive the purchase in the best time frame. The only available shipping to other countries and islands is Standard Shipping for €25 (FREE Standard Shipping on orders ower 350 EUR) and delivery takes 7-25 days

Express Shipping orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If any authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.



We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

All the items are packed with eco-friendly biodegradable materials. All packaging materials can be recycled again by following the guidelines in your country.

Gift wrap. Every order comes with personalised packaging details. If you would like for your purchase to be a gift for your friend or someone else, please let us know by writing the Name of the recipient in the Notes when purchasing or by Contacting us directly after making a purchase.



Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. We are doing what we can to find the best options for you in this situation.

All relevant import taxes and duties (if applicable) will be need to be paid before you can receive your item. If not paid this will delay your delivery. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

KosmossArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package by your local authorities. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. 

The amount payable depends on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.




What happens if you refuse an order on delivery/ don't pay the Import Duties?

If the parcel is undelivered due to customer refusal to pay import duties, we are not liable. Refusal to pay import duties does not ensure that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only refund the purchase if and when the parcel is returned to us. The refusal process can attract returns fees, which will be deducted from the return amount. As well as this , the original shipping amount will be deducted.


What happens if my order is undelivered?

If incase your order is undeliverable or has been attempted the maximum amount of times by the courier/post service then the parcel will demolished and we will not be able to get refunded for this. So please keep a close eye on your tracking and make sure someone is available at your address to receive your order. 


What happens if the shipping details were entered incorrectly?

In the event that the provided shipping address or phone number is incorrect or unknown, the carrier will contact us to contact you for the correct details. If we are unable to get a hold of you they will return the goods to us. Once this happens, we will email you and after we have received them and refund the items minus shipping fee and any other fees incurred. You can then repurchase your items with an updated shipping address.



Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at before returning your product. Send us your proof of purchase and order number. You can use either Latvian or English language when contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ziedu iela 3, Valmiera, Valmieras nov., LV4201, Latvia.

Please note that it will be your responsibility to pay for your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
